The annualised return on rnvestment in assets is designed by CHAPITRE 5, S.A. exclusively for its clients, who adhere to it by obtaining a weighted return on the assets that make up the portfolio managed by CHAPITRE 5, S.A.
Investments will be mainly concentrated in Spain and Portugal. The investment portfolio will be continuously reviewed by our expert team to maximise efficiency and return on investment.
Liquidity can be obtained by revoking the CHAPITRE 5, S.A. profit-sharing membership after the first year, with 4 months notice. Liquidation will be effective 60 days after revocation of membership.
Bonuses will be paid on an annual basis starting from the acquisition of the participation. Payments will be effective 48 working hours after receipt of the funds in the designated bank account.
